These Terms of Use constitute the agreement between individuals ("User") who use the Paraco AI application and Kılınç Labs ("Developer"). By downloading or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Paraco AI provides expense tracking, budget monitoring, savings goal management, and AI-powered financial coaching services.
The application is not integrated with any bank, payment institution, or financial institution and does not provide any payment, transfer, or intermediation services requiring regulatory licensing.
The AI coach advice provided by the application is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personal financial advice, investment recommendation, or legal counsel. Please consult a licensed financial advisor for your financial decisions.
Kılınç Labs cannot be held liable for losses resulting from decisions made based on AI advice.
The application design, interface, brand name, logos, content, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Kılınç Labs. Personal financial data entered by the User belongs to the user; Kılınç Labs processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Some features require a paid Premium membership. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscription fees are collected under the relevant platform's payment policy.
To cancel your subscription, you may do so through the relevant platform settings (App Store Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Kılınç Labs may temporarily suspend, update, or completely terminate the service without prior notice. Significant changes to the Terms of Use will be communicated to users via in-app notification or email.
Kılınç Labs may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior warning. Users may permanently delete their accounts at any time from within the application. Deletion is irreversible.
Paraco AI is provided "as-is." Kılınç Labs is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including service interruptions, data loss, errors in AI outputs, or losses resulting from financial decisions. Maximum liability is limited to legally mandated circumstances.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698). In case of disputes, Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
